I think this bald eagle is having a bad hair day. The eagles of the Canadian Maritime happily live on the rocky, high cliff-lines coastline. They swoop from their high perch to fish in the ocean.

  • The eagle is ready to fly and he does so gracefully.
  • Perched high on the cliffs, this bald eagles has only one question and it is directed at me. "What are you doing here."

  • Golden eagles have beautiful brown feathers with a golden hue. They turn a gold color when hit by sunlight. I am getting the once over.

  • Very majestic face. Golden eagles tend to be larger than bald eagles. They are extremely strong and prey include rabbits, squirrels, and larger mammals, such as fox, young deer, goats and house pets. They can have a seven foot wing span.
  • The rugged back country and climb to the top of the clifs is both exhausting and exciting. But well worth it.
