I found this beautiful herring gull nest on a small island in Maritime Canada. What a magnificent image.

  • I found this lovely pelican sitting on a large fence post. He just sat there looking at me and did not move as I came closer. Perhaps he thought I was funny looking.
  • The snowy egret will walk slowly through streams and ponds looking for small fish. They are stealthy and use their feet to stir up the muddy bottom to find prey.
  • Without a doubt, this is a fine looking pelican. He seemed to understand that he was being photographed but I know he only thinking about fishing.
